Mild soap and warm water will always be gentle, but you can choose any of the following products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Coconut oil and baking soda<\/strong>: Make a paste with these two products and let it sit on your skin for 15 minutes. Use a cotton swab or a cloth to dab it onto the affected area.
